“Everyone on the Ryan Lawn & Tree team is professional. The work that they do is top-notch!”
About Ryan Lawn & Tree
From lawn and landscape to tree care, irrigation, and pest control, we bring comprehensive outdoor services together under one trusted name—making it easier to care for your entire property with one team.
Our values guide everything we do, inspiring honesty, respect, and a commitment to serving others with integrity.
As owners, our team takes personal pride in every project, delivering superior results because your satisfaction is our shared success.
History
Recently, RYAN completed its largest merger to date with a name that Omaha residents and businesses know: CM’s Outdoor Solutions. CM’s 61 employees will all be retained in this merger, so customers can benefit from RYAN’s expertise and CM’s respected service. These two Omaha local lawn care companies found something to admire in each other; it’s no surprise that RYAN and CM’s were named Great Game of Business All-Stars in 2021.
Like CM’s Outdoor Solutions, RYAN Lawn & Tree was founded in 1987 in the Kansas City metro. Since that time, we’ve expanded services across Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Now fully dedicated to Lincoln and Omaha, we’re honored to have been welcomed into the community as a premium lawn care solution.
Culture
When customers choose our RYAN Pros, they’re surprised to find out that they see the same team members and points of contact whenever we arrive. This is intentional. Homeowners and businesses deserve even more than just five-star service. You deserve a relationship with your team, so there’s always someone available for unexpected challenges, opportunities, and friendly conversation.
Our Values
Giving back
Our approach to serving clients in Omaha isn’t where our customer-first approach ends. We believe that all active businesses should give back to the communities they serve in meaningful ways that go beyond high-quality lawn care. Our service initiatives include Saluting Branches, where we care for trees in veteran cemeteries, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to understand and treat pediatric cancers and diseases.

“The RYAN team thoroughly explained what was being done. They worked continuously, with no downtime. Once they were done with a location, they re-examined their work and did another touch-up, if necessary. The clean-up when they were finished was exceptional. Looking at the ground, you wouldn’t even notice that anyone had been there. RYAN is fast and efficient, and trees and shrubs look great! Thank you, Ryan Lawn & Tree!”

“If I could give more than five stars, I would! RYAN was nothing but helpful and kind. We had an issue with a sprinkler head, and they came and went, fixing the issue seamlessly. RYAN not only serviced my system, but was also very helpful in explaining what happened! I will 1,000% be referring RYAN to anyone and everyone possible!”

“We just had a fantastic experience working with Ryan Lawn & Tree for our new home’s landscaping. We experienced great communication and execution of the design. We will definitely be repeat customers when we get started on phase two of our project next year!”
Kirk L.
“We’ve relied on RYAN for the complete summer season. Our yard looked gorgeous and lush. The team also cleaned up our landscaping, and now it is so pleasant to look at. Placement of new and old shrubs, new mulch, and placement of boulders have made it so appealing. It was done with efficiency and professionalism. We love the work at Ryan Lawn & Tree. Looking forward to next year! their work!”
